17m bricklaying about 400mm height

New build house underway. Waterproof membrane along shared boundary wall needs to be pulled up against house and cut down to rebate level (quoting Site Manager) to protect slab (?). Struggling to find anyone who knows what they're doing! Help would be much appreciated!
