Find a professional bricklayer in North Perth

We are currently on a small dental fitout project in North Perth and our client has asked if we can remove the existing side entry door to the clinic. After the demo / removal of the door, we would need a new low brick wall, approx. 5 bricks high (w/ mortar) and 1 meter wide – please see the attached pictures for your reference. We would like the bricks to match the red colour bricks to the rear of the building, and our client will either sandblast the painted bricks back to the original red colour or paint the shopfront brick a new colour entirely. Pull up 350 red brick pavers from old driveway in Willetton. Bricks 3.0kg and 230 x 110 x 50mm each. Total is just over 1 tonne but if your ute or tailer can't take the extra over 1T, that 50kg can go in our car. Drop off is to us in North Perth, stacked in the back of the carport. All without damaging bricks.

Scope of Work: Garden Wall 1 • 2340 x 1200 with 600mm radius • Cement block (390 x 190 x 190) • Bottom course to be rodded/filled • Top course solid blocks • Required to be dug down approx. 400mm to retain neighbour’s driveway • Neighbour’s footings go approx. 400mm below NGL • *requires saw cut to concrete* (concrete slab in laneway encroaches on property by approx. 150mm) Garden Wall 2/Steps • 1875 x 390 x 190mm retaining wall & steps • Requires mass footing for steps • 3600 x 190 x 90mm step/lawn edging • Top of wall/edging to align with existing external concrete paving • Both walls will require PVC sleeves to be run under footings to allow for future services. Blockwork to be supplied, all other work and supplies required
