Looking for an experienced bricklayer or handyman to brick up an external door opening at a residential property in the Gold Coast area. The wall is single brick construction with external render. Details: • Door opening approx. 820mm wide x 2040mm high • Located externally (see photos) • Requires bricking in, tying into existing single brick wall, and matching render finish to surrounding façade • Small concrete sill at base — will need to be filled or bricked over • Must be weather-sealed and rendered on the outside • Access is clear and easy; power and water available on site You’ll Supply: • Bricks to match existing wall (or close as possible) • Mortar and render materials • Tools and cleanup

We need an extra row of bricks laid on top of our front wall to make it level with the existing pillars before we get it re-rendered. Approx x50 162mm bricks with a couple that will need to be cut. Bricks and mortar are already on site.
