Installing blinds above windows on wall Measuring Levelling Functioning

There are 4x blinds that need to ne installed above 2x pairs of windows. Skilled person to: Measure & marked out on wall above window. Level, Drilled into place Installed to function. Tools available if needed; There's a ladder, a level, a drill available, but will need a skilled someone to be creative, as each blind bracket will need to be halved to cover 2x windows (2nd photo). May possibly be up to 2 hours work. Budget is set at $150

My roller blind fell as the bracket suddenly detached from the wall. It needs reattaching. The bracket seems fine but it probably needs some new screws/anchors. The wall needs assessing on whether the same spot can be used again or not. I can provide pictures upon request.
