Currently in a former 2 bedroom terrace, they removed the dividing wall and doors to make 1 large bedroom. Need to construct back to original 2 bedrooms with one sliding door and one hinge door. Would prefer registered tradie to do works. Require to be done week commencing 13th September. Pricing must include materials. Architraves, cornices and skirting to match existing.

Hi need new painting to be done for two bedrooms walls only, no ceiling no door, just 2 x bedrooms not the whole place. Need some small patch up only due to stickers on wall per photos.

Patch walls with damage from screwing things and using sticky tape. Paint it after. It doesn’t need to paint the whole thing, but where there is stain and patches to make sure is looking homogeneous. The deck also has a rubber material sticked on it which needs to be removed and maybe some varnish might need to be applied.
