I have a leak in my bath/shower that is very slow and over time has down to kitchen area. We have completed a pressure test on pipes, they are good no leaks, the shower and bath spout replaced and good pressure. The next thing was the grout to get replaced again. The grout person said behind the tiles is wet so the water over time has slowly seeped through the tiles and grout and this is where the leak is from. I need to get the titles removed, tub replaced with just a shower reset and plumber fixed so no bath etc.
