Need my bathroom stripped and fully renovation supply and fit

Bathroom Renovation Seeking trade professionals to help me execute a DIY bathroom renovation. Preference to someone who can fulfil multiple roles and work alongside us for efficient professional outcome over next 2 weeks. The bathroom is small and located in a simple, ground floor 90s brick duplex. Please view photos to assess scope of job. Our renovation plan is to; - completely remove the current bathroom including bathtub structure, seperate shower and sink vanity - Install new subwalls - Remove current shower area completely so as to expand the space - Install new shower over bathtub (shower connections will be required) - Waterproofing of room to AS3740 Standard - Install additional electrical ports, lighting fixtures and powered bathroom vanity cabinet We plan to source our items and materials and coordinate the process Looking to fill roles for the following trades to help us achieve the above plan to regulation and any QLD licensing requirements meet the thresholds for (licensed electrician and plumber of course non negotiable) - Plumber - Builder - Waterproofer - Electrician

 Preference to someone who is able to perform multiple roles or oversee the project with us and provide subcontractors to fulfil necessary tasks Once more to be clear; What we plan to do ourselves (DIY) • Removing old tiles, fixtures, vanity etc (demolition work) • Installing or replacing non-plumbed, non-electrical cabinetry (vanities), shelving etc. • Waterproofing and Tiling • Painting • Cosmetic improvements Licensed/trained professionals we are considering jobs for 1. Waterproofing of wet areas 2. Plumbing & drainage work • installation, relocation or major plumbing & drainage work 3. Electrical work • Major wiring, adding circuits, relocating outlets or wiring 4. Permits / approvals • Only if necessary 5. Builder • Removal of doorway/new wall to replace area

I want plans to strip bathroom make two side by side

My ensuite shower has a leak that’s need fixing, the bathroom is very small approximately 2mx2m. Would like a basic Reno on the whole thing. Budget is $15k (including material). Please see photos of current bathroom and photos of new bathroom

Just wanting to note - that the offered task price is only a formality to enable posting this task. Understand that actual task price will significantly vary and i am open to consider any resonable offers. I'm looking for a qualified and experienced tradesperson (or team) to complete small bathroom Reno - all works will need to be certified. Additional Info: * Keeping existing layout until no plumbing being moved. * All fixtures and materials will be provided by myself. * Walls are double brick veneer however in the nibs in the photos is some plumbing and that is plasterboard.

Task needed done by Monday - Install 6 x window roller blinds - Install bathroom fixtures in 2 x bathrooms (fully tiled walls) - Install door handles and door clips for 4 x wardrobes

Needing a plumber to change shower from combo to mixer and put new pipes onto the vanity and washing machine. Pipes are exsisting but are soldered into a set mould sticking out from the wall so may need to be cut off and re do to allow new cabinetry to go in. We need this done today, will pay and extra cash fee ontop - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 5 November 2023

Hey there, Just need the sections pictured patched with 2 x inspection panels installed for future plumbing issues (plaster and panels supplied). I am hoping to have a proper job with the use of drop sheets, plasterers tape, 2 coats of regular plaster and 1 coat of topping compound and sanding in between. Done next week, finished before weekend on 8th. Thanks guys
