Bathroom Renovation Work Description Remove the existing shower screen and replace it with a new full-glass shower (900x600, same size as current). Remove the bathtub and install a new toilet in the same area. Retain the existing vanity unless it is damaged during removal of old fittings. Relocate the existing power point from the wall to under the mirror. Install two new downlights and remove the existing light fitting. Replace the old exhaust fan with a new unit. Carry out proper wall waterproofing before installing the new shower. Remove and dispose of all debris, rubbish, and old fittings from the property. I want someone who is willing to be patient and can take this task step by step without any rush as I'm not sure what I will be needing.
