Description Looking for someone experienced with flooring to install a renter-friendly floor covering over the existing old mosaic tiles in a small external laundry/bathroom. This is a rental, so I do not want the existing tiles removed or permanently damaged. I’m thinking sheet vinyl or another inexpensive waterproof/removable option. There is a floor drain that will need to remain accessible. I’m happy to purchase the flooring/materials from Bunnings, but I need someone to advise me what to buy, cut it to fit the room and install it neatly. Mainly looking for a budget cosmetic improvement, not a full bathroom renovation. Photos attached. Please let me know your price for labour and what flooring you would recommend.

Hi there, I need a experienced handyman or flooring specialist to repair a small section of damaged laminate flooring located at the bathroom entrance. Scope of work: • Remove 1-2 damaged laminate planks (swollen/cracked due to water/impact). • Supply and install replacement planks. • Check if a new transition strip is needed between the tile and laminate to ensure a waterproof and neat finish. We are doing a temporary repair on bathroom before major renovation next year. Previous owner didn't seal the linolem at all so we have had to pull it out (underlay soaking wet, lino mouldy) We just need to replace the lino on the floor, and ensure it's sealed as we don't plan on doing the bathroom for another 12 months
