Looking for a handyman/carpenter) to 1) repair water-damaged skirting boards/baseboards in an apartment and 2) fix sliding fly screen door that has come out of its track. The damage is along the bottom of a sliding balcony door and in the adjacent corner. There are visible water stains, swelling/warping of the skirting. Services needed: * Remove and repair or replace damaged * Treat/clean any mould * Repaint to match * Reinstall sliding fly screen dooor Flexible with timing but would like it done soon. Note: * Cause of water leak from balcony has already been fixed/sealed.
