We have hired a private chef to do an "Australian Feast" menu, and we are looking for a skilled bartender to look after the drinks so we can relax and enjoy the night. ​The Vibe: Relaxed but elevated. We want someone friendly who can mix great drinks and keep the wine flowing during dinner. ​Responsibilities: ​Arrival: Arrive 30–45 mins prior to guests to set up your station. ​Service: Making cocktails on arrival and serving wine/water during the sit-down dinner. ​Cleanup: Tying up the bar area and glassware before finishing. ​Requirements: ​Must bring your own bar equipment: Shakers, jiggers, strainers, pourers, etc. (Glassware is provided by us/the chef). ​Experience with classic cocktails (we might ask for an Aussie twist, like a Lemon Myrtle Spritz!). ​RSA certified. ​Friendly and professional attire (e.g., all black or smart casual). ​Details: ​Date: Thursday 19th February 2026 ​Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4 hours) ​Location: Southbank Boulevard, Southbank VIC Number of Guests: 4 people ​Drinks Menu: We will supply the alcohol, mixers, and ice.
