Haven't driven my Jeep Wrangler 2018 for more then four months. Battery seems to be dead now. No lights in dash board as well. It connects directly to car to provide continuous power to support the parking mode feature after the engine has been turned off. Shiff was a good communicator and punctual. I got him to install a smartbox accessory for my Navman dashcam to my car battery to allow it to operate in parking mode. He even organised my cables in a better way for me, which I did a poor job of when I first installed the dashcam. Easy done!!
