Can wont start, just put in new battery, engine will not turn over at all, could be starter motor

I have some new after market MCA coilovers to install on my car. I’m looking for someone with the space and know how. I'm happy to help as I would like to learn - at least how to adjust it correctly for when they settle in. The car currently has BC Racing coilovers installed but I’m not happy with their levels of comfort. The MCA suspension should arrive on Monday. I was hoping to get some help either on the 23rd of December, or any time from the 26th. I have access to my neighbours driveway or I can drive wherever.
