We are pulling together a DA to receive consent from council to operate a business from an existing facility. The owners of the existing facility (a renovated service station) have no site plans. Require a dimensioned layout of the building including internal walls and car parking area.

We want to convert an attached garage into a bedroom. We already framed up and walled off the garage door (creating storage space now accessed via the roller door on the other side) and there is already a 900mm x 600mm window We would like to apply for proper planning and asses any further updates needed so we can classify it as a bedroom.
