In addition prepare plans for a construction certificate submission. Only drawings required, no preparation or submission to council.

We’re renovating a 6m x 5m space in our house. It’s a large family room that we want to convert into a bedroom & study space. We also want to renovate a laundry space into a bathroom. There’s a large sliding door to the front of the house that we want to brick up. There’s also an external door to the laundry that we want to brick up, and open a new internal door instead. Looking for someone to help us apply for the CDC Application through to approval. Keen to understand the process involved and the costs/timelines associated with this. Not sure what to enter for budget so keeping this flexible.

I have a site survey but I need the internal floor plan done on a plan for a future renovation

It is a 3 bedroom apartment of 88m2. A fresh coat of paint needs to be done almost everywhere and the wooden flooring needs to be sanded and varnished. No wooden floors in the kitchen so the kitchen will only need a repainting. It can be done at intervals but everything needs to be done within 30 days or so. It needs to be professionally done like covering stuff and cleaning walls etc… The 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and toilet is bare minimum work as it needs to be repainted only to make it fresh compared to the kitchen. However, there are wooden flooring in the 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. The bathroom and toilet has tiles, similar with the kitchen which does not need anything to be done. Of course we will help move the furniture where required. Best quote wins the job- no equipment provided.
