I have a second-hand top-loader washing machine that is leaking water from underneath during use. I’ve opened the machine and traced the leak to the drain pump area. The black internal drain hose and/or the connection where it attaches to the pump appears to be the likely source. The pump area is getting quite wet. I have clear photos of the underside and suspected leak location that I can provide. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine/appliance repairs who can: * Confirm exactly where the leak is coming from * Repair/reseat the hose and clamp if that’s the problem * Replace a small hose/clamp if required * Check that it no longer leaks before finishing Location: Cairns The machine only cost around $100 second-hand, so I’m looking for a simple economical repair rather than spending hundreds replacing major components. Install a fully intergrated dishwasher. Because the kitchen bench was cut too short there is still some overhang. There is an issue with the corner cabinet door opening and hitting the dishwasher This can be solved by turning the door around an refixing it. We have all the necessary equipment to do this. I've attached photos of another apartment that's had the same issue and the door has been turned around.
