I need some concrete building rubble removed and disposed of per the photo. The rubble has been broken up for ease of lifting and removal. The rubble is unreinforced concrete from a shed pad demolition (1.5 x 1.5m). The material is stacked to the side of the driveway, so it is easy to load into a ute (or similar). One bag of other debris sitting with sand (as pictured) does not need to be removed. Sand bag count is approximately 8 (+/-1). less than 10m flat footpath to the edge of property. There is usually parking nearby but it's a quiet residential street for easy loading. Sand (grade 16 / 30) is good for clean fill, gardens or raked on lawn etc. Can be collected at any time of day or evening (subject to agreement) without meeting onsite.
