The apartment is already in very good overall condition, and the carpet was newly installed approximately 1 year ago, so there is no major dirt or damage. Cleaning required Entire apartment: Vacuum all carpeted areas and vacuum/mop tiled kitchen areas. Carpets: Professional steam cleaning required throughout the apartment. Bathroom: Thorough/deep clean, with particular attention to the toilet, shower, shower screen and surrounding areas.
