I have a dress that I absolutely love the entire back, and the colour, but the front of the top part is not very flattering for me. I tried to take it to my usual alterations lady but she said (and I agree) this job is going more into custom dress-making territory. As such I am looking for a Sydney-based dress-maker / seamstress who would like to take on this challenge. I have some ideas but am not fixed on what I’d like the front to look like, I am really happy to be flexible and guided by your experience. Need 100 small lavender pillows sewn with decorative border. I will supply the pillows, filled and edges sewn up. Just need you to sew around the edges with a decorative stitch like the one below. I need a dresses hem to be taken up before May. I am not a fan of the gown touching the floor look. The dress is lined.

1. Replace underskirt with new (will provide fabric + materials) - existing skirt is a bit small and the previous owner added a slit and had the train removed. 2. Connect new skirt to bodice/ replace existing. 3. Remove tulle overskirt from dress & make removable - to be fixed with tie (can send you a video of how this will work) and alter this - remove some length.
