I have 3 pairs of school shorts (drill fabric type with elastic waist) that are too big around the waist. I need the elastic waist to be made smaller (without having to use the existing drawstring). I was thinking to replace the elastic or shorten the existing one but open to suggestion from the Tasker for the best method. I can drop off and pick-up the shorts from your site if you're close-by (10-5mins drive from Oakleigh 3166 area)
