I want the finished dress to: * stay loose and flowing from the bust down * have no fitted waist or tight stomach area * be extended to near floor length, but short enough that my shoes still show * have a soft A-line / babydoll shape * become fuller toward the lower skirt * have a gathered, ruffled/flouncy bottom, similar to my inspiration photos * ideally have some inexpensive tulle or organza underneath for extra volume I am happy to use cheap ivory/cream fabric that looks nice with the dress. It does not need to perfectly match the existing lace. Budget: maximum $120 including materials. Urgent: I need it completed within 2 days. I am located in Springvale VIC and can drop the dress off locally. I understand the budget is limited, so I’m happy with the simplest/cheapest method that gives a similar look.
