2 new zips on couch cushions installed asap can bring to you and pick up

I am looking to get a lehenga altered (bead work is fairly thick) as it is too big & bunching up at the waist. Potentially will need some alterations on the top as well. There are two that will need the same alteration.

sleeve are long need to shorten

Back zipper of dress ripped, need a possible replacement of zipper. Don’t mind how visible the zipper is as along as I can get the dress on and have it zipped up.
