Air con service for two units

Hi, I need help checking and repairing my air conditioner. There are two indoor air conditioning units in the apartment and they are connected to one outdoor condenser unit. Both air conditioners can turn on and blow air, but they are not cooling properly. It used to work normally before. We would like someone to inspect the system and identify the issue (e.g. refrigerant/gas issue, compressor problem, or other fault) and provide a quote for repair. Location: Mascot NSW. I have a Panasonic split system air conditioner in a small apartment. The unit started leaking water inside while cooling about two weeks ago on and off, but now leaks all the time while cooling. A friend in the same building recently had a similar issue, which seemed to be a blockage of some sort. I need the leaking to be fixed.

All other setting works except for the cold as water leaks out. was told it could be blocked as all the other setting work fabulous. Thank you

Device cools most the time but sometimes only pumps hot air. Wondering if it’s a pressure issue (maybe needs a recharge?) again it works produces cold air but sometimes reverts to hot air only. When I reboot it i can usually get it to pump cold air. No error codes or anything displayed. Parking available right out front you can come anytime of day.

Service split system air condition service.

2x Daikin Air conditioners both stopped working suddenly. When trying to turn them on the light flashes as seen in the videos. We have turned the power off and on at the switch board for the ACs and the same issue occurs. Need fixed asap. Located in Surry Hills, 2 minute walk from central station.

I've got a Daiken FTXM71QVMA Split System Air Conditioner. Last week I woke to the safety switch being tripped. When I isolated the cause it was the power switch to the Air Con Unit. I noticed some of plastic shielding around the cables outside had broken off so wrapped them all in electrical tape and that stopped the short. Today I turned the Air Con unit on, the indoor (head) unit responds to the remote control, changes modes etc and the fan starts however the outdoor unit (compressor) doesn't start. Hoping it's just a power issue but will be guided by the experts?

Fix what I beleive is an issue with the compressor. Fan and power working but putting out air at room temperature

Indoor air cond unit work on cold mode but turn off after few minutes and give a blinking error, the outdoor unit appears to be not spinning when turn on, gas refill might require.

We have a 420 sqm building. On one floor the AC stopped working after we had a full house of people.

Our Daikan (FTXS50LVMA/E035766) Air Con is broken. It can turn on but no air comes out and the air director moves fully open then closes once.

Hi There, I have a MSZ-EF Series,mitsubishi electric, a multi-head system: 2 indoor wall mount units with 1 outdoor unit. 2 Indoor units blowing out air normally, but only a very tiny cold or not cold at all. The outdoor unit fan is turning(but not very fast), would need a repair asap, thx. messege me if you need more info.

Need a air conditioning guy unit fixed

Our air conditioner is suddenly not turning on. We are unsure if needs a service or to be replaced. I have attached images of the model and set up. We need someone to take a look at it asap and let us know what is required.

The air conditioner in my room is displaying E4 and only the fan works. It doesn’t cool down the room anymore.
