The outdoor unit is on the roof, right on top of the indoor unit. Require a dedicated CB for these 2 aircons. Open for reasonable offer, feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Install 1 x Panasonic C3.5kW H4.3kW Reverse Cycle Split System and Air Purifier at a Commercial Location. See images for install location. Outdoor unit will be in the space directly above the Indoor unit (not back to back, but straight on top). Can run the drip straight outside and thru the concrete wall. and drip outside. Installer must be fully licensed and provide a certificate for Warranty purposes from Panasonic.

5.0kw split system to be installed. Have the exact same one in, so shouldn’t be too difficult .
