I have 2 airbnbs located in Chirn Park Southport that need to be cleaned whilst I’m on holidays 8-16th May. Both are on the same property & are both studios, with no kitchen - only kitchenette. Work required includes: Bed linens changed Towels & bath mats changed Vacume Mop Bathroom cleaned Kitchenette cleaned. Bins changed Surfaces dusted. Etc. Both very easy cleans, usually takes 1-1.5 hours. Currently I have no bookings for these dates, however we will probably start receiving bookings soon. Cleans would need to be completed between 10am-3pm. We have bed linens & towels, can supply cleaning products however it would be easier for you to supply your own. You will have to bring your own vaccume and mop. Currently we charge a cleaning fee of $65. I would like to do a couple of test cleans with the chosen applicant before our holiday to make sure they are done correctly. We have air bnb’d out our large 2 storey home in Southport for the first time while traveling aboard with our kids and are looking for a meticulous / OCD / attention to detail experienced air bnb cleaner to ensure the premium cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Obtaining great reviews for guest comfort and cleanliness is a big top priority so we need someone experienced and prepared to go the extra mile when needed. If we get it right this time we will be doing regularly so it’s important to have someone with experience and attention to detail without costing an unnecessary arm and leg. I have done a big clean prior to departure so it’s just a matter of cleaning up after each group of guests to ensure it’s all fresh and ready to go. Cleaning services we foresee needed would include: - Entire house vacuum and mop (Dyson big ball vacuum and Shark steam mop available at property) including couches and underneath furniture) - Dust and wipe down/clean all necessary benches, blinds, windows, mirrors, cupboards, surfaces/benches in kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets (including inside fridge/freezer/food pantry etc) - Blow and hose down outdoor downstairs patio floor and any noticeable cobwebs as well as wiping over outdoor table and couch - Using your initiative and attention to detail to clean/tidy any other areas/items as required We have a host that will be present at the time washing sheets and changing beds and stocking up condiments and toiletries/essentials.
