Compressor and fans run. Indoor air sometimes cools but operation is unstable. Large/suction pipe stays warm in cooling; small pipe can get quite cold. Unit switches correctly into heating, but struggles to return fully to cooling. Previous actuator / reversing valve issue for zoning fixed. Suspect mechanically sticking reversing valve. Looking for diagnosis and quote for repair vs replacement.

Preferably a dedicated/isolated 15A power run via conduit from power board, which is approximately 15 meters away. • Outdoor power point unit will be supplied by you. • You to supply all other materials: cable, conduit/trunking, fixings, etc. • Test the circuit, ensure it’s RCD‑protected, and provide any required certificate of electrical safety/compliance. Requirements: • Must be a licensed electrician (please include licence number in your offer). • Experience with external/weatherproof power points. • Clean, tidy work and must make good any small penetrations made. Ecogenica model Eg-215f, Failed capacitor or tripped safety switch issue. 15mm tempering valve has been replaced same issue. Recall for where the control panel inside the heat pump unit hasn't been touched just out of warranty 2yrs & 3 months now. Warranty 2 yrs. Need quote on repairs. Thanks in advance. Teka 7kg Heat Pump Dryer THPD70. Dryer works but consistently stops after 10 minutes exactly and must be restarted. Display says that the water compartment is full (it's not).
