Need someone reliable with great attention to detail to do a post renovation clean of a 4 bed, 2 bath property. - approx 90sqm living space - bedrooms will just be concrete (before new carpet installation). Just expect dust to be vacuumed from floor and wiped from skirting, window sill etc - everything new and freshly painted, so no build up or stains etc to clean - we will remove all rubbish before the clean - main concern is dust and just dirt from tradies walking in and out (see pictures) - would like inside of cupboards, 1 x wardrobe etc cleaned thoroughly - 2 x bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry thoroughly cleaned - wipe down any visible marks on walls or light switches etc (shouldn’t be many as freshly painted) - clean bathroom fans - clean ceiling oyster lights - would like all windows internally cleaned (will clean external after garden is complete), including window tracks - new sliding door mostly clean, but door track needs cleaned -2 skylights cleaned No need to clean inside oven as it is brand new.
