Need someone reliable with great attention to detail to do a post renovation clean of a 4 bed, 2 bath property. - approx 90sqm living space - bedrooms will just be concrete (before new carpet installation). Just expect dust to be vacuumed from floor and wiped from skirting, window sill etc - everything new and freshly painted, so no build up or stains etc to clean - we will remove all rubbish before the clean - main concern is dust and just dirt from tradies walking in and out (see pictures) - would like inside of cupboards, 1 x wardrobe etc cleaned thoroughly - 2 x bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry thoroughly cleaned - wipe down any visible marks on walls or light switches etc (shouldn’t be many as freshly painted) - clean bathroom fans - clean ceiling oyster lights - would like all windows internally cleaned (will clean external after garden is complete), including window tracks - new sliding door mostly clean, but door track needs cleaned -2 skylights cleaned No need to clean inside oven as it is brand new. Likewise rangehood and cooktop brand new, never been used. Please see images for reference. Please provide your price.
