The property includes: - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms - Double garage - Self-contained granny flat (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) The house is empty, so it’s a straightforward job — no furniture to work around. The main focus is removing all renovation dust and getting the place spotless and ready for furniture to move in. Cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided, but it’s a bonus if you can bring your own. If the job goes well, there’s ongoing work available on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
We paid for an 8-hour deep clean with Natalia and her team of three after some minor renovations. With two hours left, they tried to leave, saying they were finished. We had to walk them through several areas that had been missed, and they only fixed these after being shown multiple times. We honoured the full payment despite the job falling short of what was promised. If you want a truly thorough deep clean, I wouldn’t personally recommend them.

We booked Manuela after reading all the great reviews however, we were disappointed by her work and would not recommend her. She was late. She lied about having cleaned the windowsills even when I showed her my hand covered in a layer of dust. She did clean them after that but it was a very uncomfortable conversation and I felt cheated. There were stains on the kitchen top, the floors were dirty. I had to clean the house after paying her.

Quang was lovely to work with. he is great at communicating, punctual and takes pride in his work. We had some small issues with the work the first time around but he came back to address and fix it and was absolutely wonderful about it. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for peace of mind with their cleaning work.
