Hi I am a psychotherapist and I have a property portfolio and I am administratively challenged! I need someone fortnightly, initially in person, but after that most things can be done remotely. I need leases and tax stuff sorted, things collated, printed, organised. If you have any bookkeeping skills or knowledge of Xero that's a massive bonus. Mostly you'll need to be agreeable, keen, patient and understanding! I have little idea regarding hourly rate at the moment, but will work with you relevant to your needs/skills.
