Onsite bookkeeping help needed: reconcile bank statements and build Excel transaction spreadsheets (sole trader) I’m a sole trader/business owner and I need help getting my bookkeeping up to date by reconciling my bank statements and creating clean Excel spreadsheets of every transaction. This is for tax and record-keeping purposes. Scope of work I have 4 bank accounts to work through. Two accounts are my main transaction accounts with most activity. Two other accounts have lighter activity (around monthly transactions). The job is to go through my bank statements and create Excel spreadsheets that list each transaction (date, description, debit/credit, amount, balance if available) and reconcile them so everything is accurate and complete. If you can also help with sensible categorising (e.g., income vs expenses categories) for my accountant/tax file, that would be ideal. Someone with strong bookkeeping skills and experience with bank reconciliations for sole traders/small businesses. You must be confident in Excel and detail-focused. Confidentiality is essential.
