Organise 6 Years of Bank Statements for Tax Returns (Australia) I’m looking for an experienced Australian bookkeeper or tax administration assistant to organise my financial records for 6 outstanding tax returns (2020, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026). This is NOT tax advice or tax lodgement. My accountant will prepare the returns. I need someone to review 1–2 bank accounts (plus any credit card statements if required) and prepare clear, tax-ready summaries. Tasks: * Review transactions by financial year. * Identify and total employment income and any sole trader/business income. * Categorise deductible expenses, including: * Work travel * Parking & tolls * Uniforms, protective clothing & laundry * Mobile phone & internet * Computer purchases/accessories * Software & subscriptions * Professional memberships * Training & courses * Books & teaching resources * Office supplies * Donations * Income protection insurance * Tax agent fees * Other work/business expenses * Identify business-related expenses (materials, supplies, transaction fees, travel, etc.). * Flag any transactions requiring clarification. Deliverables: * Excel or Google Sheets workbook for each financial year. * All transactions categorised. * Totals for each deduction category. * Income summaries. * Master summary spreadsheet covering all years. * List of transactions needing review. I’ll provide bank statements (PDF/CSV), previous accountant correspondence and any receipts I have. I’m looking for someone with Australian bookkeeping/tax experience, excellent attention to detail, and familiarity with ATO deduction categories. Accuracy is more important than speed.

I am two years behind in my personal and self managed super fun tax returns and need someone to help me collate the relevant information and prepare it for my accountant. I’ve put a dollar figure against this so I could load it but assuming it’d be an hourly rate so happy to negotiate.

I had a previous accountant where I asked for help to create an ABN to potentially do some subcontractors work unfortunately I fell in an accident and did not work I asked the accountant to cancel my ABN but instead my ATO began to flow with GST debt. Now there is a large chunk of debt that the ATO is requesting I pay I have sent them an objection letter they have advised me to seek an Accountant to revise my GST and cancel it. I prefer to meet in person as I have been scammed before and to make sure it's been done correctly this time. Please send me your offer
