I need someone to assist with the set up and wait service for a high tea event for 80 pax in Darlinghurst on 23 May. Start 9am Finish 4pm Tasks will include: - assisting with unloading van - setting up tables and chairs - setting tables with high tea china - refilling teapots, milk, tea, assist with general guest requests (food will be set out on high tea stands prior to guest arrivals so food service not really necessary) - pouring champagne - assisting with pack down of china at event end and pack down of tables/chairs It is preferred that you have your RSA and hospitality experience. However there will be others onsite who do and can take care of alcohol service if you do not have RSA - just let me know in your offer if you have it. Must be have a friendly disposition, physically capable of lifting chairs, moving tables and carrying boxes of tableware. Clothing: black pants/ white or black top, closed toe, comfy shoes. I will provide aprons There will be 4 of us onsite doing the same role so you will not be working alone.

We are seeking an experienced, friendly waitstaff (x2) to assist at a corporate wine tasting event in Sydney CBD (near Sussex Street). Must have NSW RSA Event Details: 🗓 Thursday, 7 May 🕓 5:00pm to 8pm (start time may slightly change but the task will be 3 hours long) Duties Include: Setting up (wine glasses, table settings). Welcoming guests with a glass of sparkling wine. Pouring wines during the event. The event is a wine tasting with 5 seperate wines. Light interaction with guests throughout the tasting. General clean-up during and after the event and assisting with pack down (glassware, general event area) You will be working alongside myself and the Event Manager — so support will be available throughout. Requirements: Previous waitstaff, hospitality or event experience preferred A great, professional personality is essential. Dress Code: Smart, polished appearance required. Please wear either: Traditional waitstaff clothing e.g., black dress, black trousers/skirt and blouse/shirt) or after 5pm/cocktail-style black clothing. Clothing must be neat, ironed, and suitable for a high-end corporate event. Looking forward to working with someone who brings a warm, polished presence to this special event! Cheers

Hi there... We are hosting a birthday party at a dedicated venue in Wolli Creek. Am looking for two / three experienced, friendly and proactive person/s to help on the night. Event details: • Late afternoon start (5pm) & would be required 30 mins before start time for run down and familiarisation of venue. • Approx. 80 guests • All food is organised. So the only responsibility is to ensure drinks are served and guests are topped up with refreshments. Tasks include: • Greeting guests as they arrive with beverages on trays - • Serving drinks throughout the night * Ensuring that the venue is kept clean by clearing paper plates into bins provided and that cups are packed away. General cleaning up. Disposing of ice and organising the bar throughout the night. What we’re looking for: • Previous hospitality or event experience • Proactive, “can-do” attitude • Friendly, professional and well-presented • Able to work independently and anticipate what needs doing and can work without If you enjoy events and helping things run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
