Hi! I need a licensed electrician to do the following in one visit at my place in Rouse Hill, NSW. 1) INSTALL 4 CEILING FANS Eglo Seacliff low-profile DC fans, no lights: 1 x 52" and 3 x 44". - In each room, remove the existing centre light fitting and mount the fan in its place using the existing ceiling point. Please set up and test the remote. - Please check the ceiling fixing (joist or fan-rated brace) before hanging. - The old fitting leaves a hole bigger than the fan canopy (about 189mm), so need a finished look with no gaps. - Ceilings are flat: three rooms are 2.4m and one is 2.7m. These are hugger fans 2) INSTALL DOWNLIGHTS IN 3 ROOMS - About ~4 LED downlights per room. Happy to take your advice on number and layout. - I'd like tri-colour (warm / neutral / cool white) downlights - I can buy the downlights myself, or you can supply them: if supplying, please state brand/model and price. NOTES - Please quote itemised: per fan, per downlight, and so on. Thanks!

I need a licensed electrician asap to fix a switch/wiring as well as a couple small jobs. 1. One switch point in the 2nd bedroom has some issues. Everytime something is plugged into it, it fuses after some time and the mcb goes down. This needs to be checked immediately and fixed asap. 2. There is a switch in the bathroom that has gone inside, this will need to be fixed/replaced. 3. The switch where the dishwasher connects is a bit loose so will be best if that can be fixed/replaced. Thanks
