Research Builders, Designers & Real Estate Agencies in Sydney’s Northern Beaches Task Description: I run a local business on the Northern Beaches that helps people declutter and sell unwanted items on their behalf. I want to expand my network and need a comprehensive list of builders, architects/designers/stylists, and real estate agencies based in or operating in the Northern Beaches (Sydney). What I need: • A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with the following details for each business: • Business name • Category (Builder / Designer / Real Estate) • Suburb/location • Instagram handle (preferred) • Website • Contact email and/or phone number (if available) Requirements: • Only include businesses with a clear presence in the Northern Beaches (e.g. Manly, Avalon, Dee Why, Mona Vale, Newport, Palm Beach, etc.) • Must be up-to-date, with working Instagram handles and/or websites. • Minimum of 30 builders, 30 designers, and 30 real estate agencies (more is a bonus). Deliverables: • A neatly formatted spreadsheet with all the above details, ready for me to use for outreach on Instagram.
