we’re looking to develop an 8-10 page A4 brochure to showcase our wedding offering at Whitton Malt House. It’s primarily for digital use (email and website), but we’d like to ensure it’s also suitable for print if needed down the track. For reference, I’ve attached two documents, our current wedding packages, which will be included in the new brochure, and the existing brochure we've been sharing with prospective couples. While it has served a purpose, we feel we need to elevate the look and feel to better reflect the premium experience we deliver. I’ll also share a Dropbox link shortly with a selection of professional wedding photography taken onsite, which can be used in the new design. Below is the page framework I was thinking: 1. Cover – Venue name + tagline 2. Welcome / Introduction – A warm message and overview 3. Wedding Packages – Overview of package tiers and inclusions 4. Menus – Sample function menu highlights 5. Drinks Packages – Beverage options and upgrades 6. Accommodation – Villas and upcoming caravan park 7. Venue Spaces – Marquee, main venue, cellar etc. What’s included as standard + available upgrades 8. Wedding Vendors – List of recommended suppliers (e.g. celebrants, stylists, florists, entertainment), possibly with short descriptions or logos 9. FAQs – Covering topics like wet weather plans, bump-in times, styling guidelines, music cut-off, accommodation block bookings, etc. 10. Next Steps / Contact – How to enquire, book a tour, and connect with our team We’re aiming for a country luxe aesthetic, refined and romantic with a touch of rustic elegance and we’re open to your guidance if you feel the structure or style could be enhanced further.
