I’m looking for official quote (in pdf) to give to my isurance provider for an experienced stonemason / landscaper to repair a sandstone retaining wall in my front yard garden for $3680. Hi all - I have a 3-in-1 light/fan/heat light in my bathroom (pictured) which I want to replace with a standard light (with no fan or heat functions). The current light is about 32cm by 24cm, so I will need the ceiling to be patched or covered, as a basic light will require a much smaller hole in the ceiling. I would also like the switch to be changed please, so it doesn't have options for fan and heat. Registered electricians only, thank you! I will provide ceiling paint, but other tools and materials will need to be provided by you (including the new light). Thank you!
