Hi there, I’m seeking a licensed waterproofing contractor to review and provide a written report/assessment for waterproofing works completed in a small WC (toilet + hand basin, no shower) as part of an occupancy certificate process. Scope of Work * Review completed waterproofing (photos available + site inspection optional) * Provide a written statement/report confirming whether the installation appears consistent with: * Manufacturer specifications * Relevant standards (AS 3740 / AS 4858 where applicable) ⸻ Details of Installation * Product used: Crommelin ONE COAT Rapid Under-Tile Waterproofing Membrane (Class III, AS3740 compliant) * Application: * Primer coat applied (1:1 diluted membrane with water as per manufacturer instructions) * 2 full coats of membrane applied * Bond breaker tape installed at: * All wall/floor junctions * Vertical corners * Around penetrations * Substrates: * Walls: standard plasterboard (non-shower WC application) * Floor: yellow tongue particle board * Area type: * WC only (no shower / low wet-area classification) * Cure time: * 7 days allowed prior to tiling Photos of the completed waterproofing are attached. ⸻ What I Need * A short written report or letter (PDF) stating your professional opinion on whether: * The waterproofing installation appears compliant / suitable for intended use * Include: * Licence number * Business details (Note: I understand this is a retrospective assessment and not requesting a formal CoC.) ⸻ Location Bungonia, NSW (near Goulburn) ⸻ Budget Open to quotes – expecting approx. $350–$500 depending on whether site visit is required ⸻ Additional Notes * Happy to arrange a site inspection if required * All work was completed carefully in accordance with manufacturer guidance

Need a light box installed Lucky’s Lounge This is just a physical install, no electrical work required. Job involves mounting the light box to the awning using 8 bolts, plus drilling 2 x 10mm holes in the top of the box for the brackets. I’d do it myself but my ladder isn’t tall enough and I’m not buying one for a one-off job. On-street parking available on Stanley Street. Pretty straightforward if you’ve got a decent ladder and basic tools. Photos attached

I am looking for someone with experience in picture framing or high-end handyperson work to swap out the artwork in 10 existing frames of various sizes (ranging from roughly 40 x 50cm up to roughly 70 x 90cm). - Remove the existing brown paper backing and metal points from 10 frames. - Mount my new paper prints onto some kind of backing board - Re-insert the backing and secure them into the frames using a point driver or framing tabs. All of the frames except one don't have glass, and I reckon we remove the glass from that one. No need to add fresh backing paper after new prints are installed. Ideally need someone with experience in handling art/frames and their own tools. I'm located in Richmond but can bring the frames and the prints to you, I have provided a picture of the existing frames and an example of the kind of print I want to install. Preferably completed before May 12th

If you need any of your power tool batteries fixed, please DM me and we can organise something depending on the brand. I can do makita, milwaukee,dewalt ect.... I can also fix power tool chargers as well. Depending on the battery type, prices will sit around $30-40 per battery. Chargers are $50 depending on the problem. You can post to my address or drop off. Don't throw away your old batteries, %90 of the time, its just a easy fix. I also sell refurbished batteries. Please bear in mind that parts will also be charged if required, I'll send quotes if required of course.
