I’m looking for someone to make and fit a neat, shallow cover over two wall-mounted NBN fibre boxes. Photo attached. The boxes together measure approximately 500 mm wide × 220 mm high × 80 mm deep. There’s also a cable loop below them, so please measure on site before making the cover. I’d like a simple white cover that blends in with the wall. It needs to: Come off easily and be refitted without tools, so the cupboard door beside it can be opened when needed. Have an open back and enough ventilation; it shouldn’t be sealed around the equipment. Leave the cables, buttons and indicator lights accessible. Be fixed to the wall, not to the NBN boxes, with care taken not to damage any cables. A lift-off panel or similar removable design would suit. Please include materials and fitting in your offer. Budget is $250; happy to consider a higher quote for a neat painted finish.

Looking for an electrician to install a brand-new Arlec ceiling fan in a room. I have already purchased the fan. It is an apartment. Top floor. Roof access can be with our building manager. This is a fresh installation where no fan has been before. However, there are two existing lights situated on either side of where the fan will go. Job Details: • Fan Model: Arlec ceiling fan (No light, includes wireless remote control). • Wiring Needed: No wall switch wiring is required since it operates via remote.

I have 3 ceiling mounted curtain rails to be removed. And 4 replacement ceiling mounted curtail rails to be installed. I have all the rails cut to size, the brackets, ceiling mounts and screws and plugs. New replacement rails will likely need new holes drilled. Ceiling is 270cm high, I have a small step ladder. Will need to provide own drill, bits, and stud finder.

I have a small area of old timber flooring damaged by oven cleaner, affecting approximately 2–3 floorboards (around 30 cm). There are dark stains and some rough, light-coloured patches, but the floor is still level. I’m looking for localised repair and colour matching, not full room sanding or floor replacement. Could you please let me know if this is possible, the approximate cost, and whether it can be completed before 17 October?
