I have a cupboard door that I need to have a lock installed on it to keep certain items in whilst renting my place out via AirBnb. The door frame doesn’t currently have a nib in it so that needs to be done, but currently has just a simple door knob on it as the photos. I need a small metal part (seatbelt holder) repaired so it looks neat and like the cut was never there. The metal has a gouge/dent on the edge (see photo). What needs to be done: • Smooth and clean up the damaged area • Fill or blend the cut so it’s flush with the rest of the surface • touch up so it matches the original black gloss finish • Goal is for it to look closer to factory again with less or no visible damage

Little jobs needed done around the house including hanging up a couple of picture frames, screwing on cupboard doors that have come off the hinges, adjusting a door handle (needs to be screwed in), looking at the kitchen range hood (doesn’t work well), looking at the aircon switch board (may be electrical but it takes ages for the button to work), fix window hinge that is jamming & cannot open window anymore. Our bathroom toilet is not working. A handyman came to check and found the following: Will need parts changing , the rubber seal is all worn and will take some time to get the replacement part. Replaced the ensuite toilet float valve to the comm bathroom toilet so we at least have 1 working toilet.
