I’m looking for an experienced Peer Support & Education Coordinator to work with a recently launched, values-driven digital platform that supports companions working within the adult industry. This is a paid, ongoing contract opportunity, with the potential to move into a longer-term or permanent role if it’s a strong fit on both sides. The role focuses on peer support, education, and resource sharing for companions in the industry. This may include helping develop and share resources, offering guidance, contributing to workshops, and supporting wellbeing through a trauma-informed, non-judgemental approach, through our members only social media platforms. This is not a clinical or counselling role. Clear professional boundaries are essential. Experience is essential in one or more of the following: – Social work, community services, welfare, or peer support – Working with marginalised or high-stigma communities – Education, training, or workshop facilitation You must be comfortable working with the adult industry and supporting companions respectfully and professionally. Discretion and emotional intelligence are critical. Important: This task is initially posted as a $10 paid interview / introductory task to assess alignment and suitability.
