I am looking for an experienced Figma UI/UX designer to redesign an existing website for a dental clinic. The goal is to create a modern, clean, mobile and tablet friendly design that reflects our brand and improves the overall user experience( VERY IMPORTANT)—especially around booking appointments and exploring services with emphasis on SEO. BEFORE you bid for this please go through the requirements 1. Approach & Experience How do you usually approach a website redesign? What steps do you take before starting the Figma design? Have you worked on dental/healthcare websites before? Please share examples on air tasker profile. 2. Figma Process How many homepage concepts will you provide? My expectation is three. currently we are looking at 10 pages for the whole design. How many revision rounds are included? Will you create a design system (colors, fonts, components)? Will you deliver mobile, tablet & desktop versions? Will designs work smoothly inside Facebook/Instagram in-app browsers? 3. Branding & Content How will you understand our brand and audience? Can you refine or suggest improvements to content and layout? 4. UX Improvements Do you provide wireframes first? How will you improve user flow (booking, services, treatments)? Will the design follow accessibility standards? 5. SEO & Developer Readiness Do you design with SEO-friendly structure? Will Figma include developer notes/specs? Do you follow modern performance practices? 6. Communication & Timeline Estimated timeline? How often will you provide updates? 7. Handover Will we receive full editable Figma files? Will you provide all assets and support during handover?

What I want it to do (MVP): AI voice & chat receptionist Answer inbound calls 24/7, speak naturally, collect patient details, and book / reschedule appointments. Website chat widget that can also book appointments. Calendar & PMS integration Integrate with at least one major Australian dental PMS (Dental4Windows / Dental4Web via Centaur, or another like Praktika, Dentally, Core Practice, Principle, etc.). Read available times and create new appointments in real time. SMS & email workflows Automatic reminders, follow-ups, and missed-call texts. Admin portal (web app) Dashboard for clinics to see calls, messages, bookings, and basic reports. Multi-clinic (SaaS) setup I want to sell this to multiple clinics, each with their own login and settings. Tech expectations: Experience with LLM / conversational AI, telephony APIs (e.g. Twilio, Vonage, etc.) and building secure web apps. Ability to help with integration to at least one PMS using their API, SDK or eServices / partner integration where available. Centaur Software +1 Host in Australia or compliant with Australian Privacy Act requirements. What I need from you: Rough architecture plan (what stack, what AI, what telephony). Timeline & milestones (discovery, prototype, MVP). Estimated budget for MVP and ongoing costs (AI, calls, hosting).
