The trolley frame is out of the packaging, but the factory has tightly bolted the tri-wheel assemblies together onto a central storage bar using heavy-duty nylon lock nuts. I need someone who can come over, break these stiff factory bolts loose, separate the wheel clusters, and properly install them onto the main axle stubs using the provided washers and pins.
