Samsung Front Loader Washing machine. It’s getting stuck before and during rinse and spin cycle. Doors locked, will not open. Will not move past error. Stating suds alarm even when no powder used, and has shown not draining alarm. Have tried turning off and on, unplugging it, have checked hose and connections, no kinks, everything is connected. I’ve just gotten a brand new washing machine delivered but it needs it installed. It’s in the box still so will need to be removed from box and put in place (small lip from ground to rials in European laundry, on the ground.) No wall mounting required. Travel lock to be removed. Then connected to taps. The good guys offered $85 so offer needs to be less than that. Box doesn’t need to be removed but even better if it could be.
