My Electrolux WM model (EWW12832) keeps faulting on E10 error. I tried cleaning the water inlet filter and the inlet hose but problem persists. I need an experienced technician to come down have a look and fix it if he can. Not looking to pay crazy money as it's second hand and only costed me $400 and worked fine for almost a year. If I couldn't get it fixed for below $100 then I'd rather buy a new one. Before I approve your offer, I'll need to know from you if you likely know the cause of the issue and how to fix as I don't want to pay just for investigation and get zero guarantee that the problem would be fixed. Our washing machine (Electrolux) isn’t working at the moment. No matter which setting is chosen, it makes a groaning sound for a few seconds, some noises come from the drain pipe, the timer jumps back to 1 minute, and then it just stops without spinning. There’s still a bit of water left in the detergent compartment (but none in the main drum), and it seems like the drain pump or filter might be the issue. The front filter has been cleaned, but the problem is suspected to be at the back. The hose has been checked and no kinks were found.

Old seal got a tear in it. I have a replacement seal part, however I can’t work out how to replace it myself. The seal replacement I bought doesn’t come with the gasket spring rings, however have ordered some. Unsure whether the originals can be used. If you have some spare of different sizes that would be handy. Model is Euromaid WM7pro
