Need a washing machine installed by a plumber in a new building

Just moved into a new home and it's limited on space and washing machine doesn't fit. I have room for it undercover on the deck outside, directly on other side of external wall from the laundry. Need access for power cord, water and drainage hose through external wall of house cladding. Needs to be a neat job and not open to elements as much as possible. Pictures for reference are washing machine. External area and the wall I need access through. No cheap and nasty jobs. Just bought the place and seeking improvements, not regrets.
