Giovanni was clear, professional, flexible and responsive. He even helped us adjust the water pressure to our kitchen sink (not in original scope). There were two parts to my job. Giovanni did part 1 promptly, and there we’re delays on my side that meant part 2 got pushed back an extra week. Giovanni was very patient and understanding. One of the gas burner is not lighting up. It makes all the click sounds and turns on but does not stay lit up after leaving it gas oven will switch off as soon as you release the knob not autoignite and produces uneven gas burner flame
It was a very simple issue with burner cover not aligned correctly. The tasker did not need to do anything but he still charged me full amount. He could have politely brought the price down as there was no work required as courtesy for goodwill gesture. Also insisted I release the funds than and there while he waited .
