My Simpson 5 kg dryer is making a big noise when drying my clothes.

Dryer to be mounted to wall. Dryer has fitments (hooks and bracket) but requires brackets to be placed to wall (cement rendered brick) We cannot do, due to not having tools. Tools are required - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 27 May 2023

I'm swapping out a clothes dryer so just need the hooks taken off the old one and drilled into the new one (I don't have a drill) and then have it mounted on the wall (mounts already in the wall). Last night while using my dryer, it suddenly made a bit of loud noise and then stopped working (could be due to a full linent which i have cleaned it). I unplugged it and left it for the night. This morning i tried it was working but no hot air was blowing and part of the dryer seems to be hot and smells burnt. After 5 minutes it stopped working again. Please don't charge if you cannot fix it or if i need to change a new dryer. Dryer is Omega brand.
