Sammy completed the job efficiently and took the time to explain what I could do should the fault re-occur. Was punctual, polite, competent and had the problem solved in record time. Had paid a local firm the same amount 3 months ago and they didn't do near the investigations that Sammy undertook, and needless to say, the fault persisted. Would highly recommend Sammy!!!!
