Hi there. We are removing our current gas stove cook top to be replaced with an induction cook top. The cook top has been ordered and set to be delivered in a few weeks (can probably change the date to earlier once I have someone lined up to complete the install). The old cook top has been already been quoted for removal by a plumber, but if the installer has the capacity do both for us at the same time, that would also work and happy to pay the cost for both d/c of the old unit and install of the new one (price permitting of course). It is a standard 600 wide 4 burner cook top, existing cut out should match the requirements.

Removal of existing Gas cooktop and installation on new induction cooktop. Induction cooktop is an "IKEA ROGESTAD Induction hob" Connection rating: 7400W. Current: 2x16A or 1x32A. Voltage: 220-240V/380-415V. Will need removal of the old gas unit, some cutting of the countertop to fit the new unit, new circuit on the switchboard and wiring . I would also like some tidy up work on the switchbox location as the meter is placed on some chipboard that is rotting away. The current cooktop is the only gas appliance left and I will be removing gas from property.

We need an electrician to uninstall the existing gas top and install a new induction cooktop. The sizing is the same or very similar. The gas is disconnected from the property but we need to cut the gas cable under the cooktop and cap. This new cooktop needs hard wiring and connecting an electrical cable from our main electricity box through our ceiling, and a new power switch. It would be great if someone could do it before 10th Aug, but we can be flexible. We are working Monday to Thursday, so Friday or the weekend is an ideal installation day. Thank you!
