Dishwasher is just over 2 years old, supplied by builder as brand new. No issues previously, but now we have seen these problems: - Dishes are no longer hot. Cold upon completion of cycle. Suspect thermostat issue. Previously dishes will be very hot and steam would release when I open after cycle completes. Now it’s just cold. - When using the deep clean bottles, the liquid remains in bottle as the wax at the cover remains solid, does not dissolve. Previously it did perfectly. Need help to inspect and identify the actual fault, and replacement/repairs.
