Looking for an experienced appliance repair technician to inspect and fix our bottom-mount fridge. The model is a Kelvinator KBM5302AA (529L Bottom Mount). The freezer at the bottom is working perfectly fine and freezing everything, but the fridge compartment on top is warm and not cooling at all. The freezer is not over-packed or blocking any vents. I have manually tested the internal door switch to try and kickstart the evaporator fan, but I cannot hear or feel the fan blowing any cold air up to the top fridge vents. Please bring the right diagnostic tools to check if the evaporator fan motor or the defrost thermostat/sensor has failed. If parts are needed, please let me know the cost before sourcing them.

Hi, My parents dishwasher has been displaying an E1 error after 5 minutes of turning the dishwasher on. This problem has started about 2 months ago. After starting the dishwasher, around the 5 minute mark an E1 error is displayed and we can hear water exit the dishwasher.
